Yes, you've heard it before, maybe a million times. But it does make a difference when you think negatively about having to wake up.
I'm not a morning person. I never have been. I don't know if that can change or not.
What I do know is that I've decided to change how I think about waking up, and it's made a huge difference.
Instead of whining about how tired I'll be, or trying to prep myself for a crappy, dazed morning, I simply get up. I just do it.
What your mind focuses on becomes compounded. Choose not to focus on the negative. Whatever happens will happen. Choose instead to prepare accordingly, and then just do it.
